What are your delivery options?                                             

Most packages are shipped by air FedEx or UPS but heavier items would be palletized for ground transportation                                                 

                                                           

Do you deliver outside of the Canada & USA?                                                   

Yes. We are shipping to the USA & Canada and Latin America. Please check out our shipping policy here.                                                     

                                                           

What payment methods do you offer?                                                 

-  When completing your order you may pay via credit card (if your account is applicable - reach out to customer service to learn more).                                                  

-  The credit cards accepted are American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Solo.                                               

-  When paying by credit card, we will take payment in full at the time of order.                                                 

-  Goods will normally be dispatched the same or next working day. On special occasions we might require 7-10 days                                             

-  If some or all of the goods are not in stock, we will inform you.                                             

-  Depending on the expected delivery date, we may offer you a partial or full refund.

How do I return an item?                                                          

If you need to return purchased goods for any reason, provided you do this within 30 days of receipt and they are all unused and in their original packaging, we will refund the purchase price less any delivery charges and less a 20% restocking fee. This return policy does not apply to downloadable software products or support packages which, once ordered, cannot be returned or refunded.

How do I submit a tax exemption certificate?                                                    

If you’re purchasing for a tax exempt company, please email your tax exempt certificate to Orders@Maplecnc.com and include the Maple CNC account login which will buy under this tax exemption certificate. Please allow us a few days to review your paperwork, and we will email you when your account has been updated to be tax exempt.                                                         

                                                           

Can I cancel an order?                                                 

Provided you inform us before any of the goods have been dispatched, you may cancel your order by calling +1 (647) 256-8975 or sending an email to Orders@Maplecnc.com.
